As we scale, we’re looking for an Account Executive to drive our growth and revolutionize how companies protect themselves against human risk.

The role

As an Account Executive, you will be a cornerstone of our expansion. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals in the B2B market. We are looking for high-energy individuals with a passion for tech and the ambition to thrive in a fast-paced, internationally recognized startup environment.

What you’ll do

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the process from prospecting and lead generation to contract signature and closing.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities in B2B markets and build long-lasting relationships with strategic clients.
  • Solution Pitching: Effectively present Zepo’s cybersecurity solutions, highlighting our AI technological differentiation and business impact.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure our sales approach aligns with customer needs and market trends.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain continuous monitoring of sales metrics, ensuring goals and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Networking & Events: Participate in industry events and networking activities to strengthen brand presence and detect new business opportunities.

Minimum requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 2–4 years of experience as an Account Executive or BDR in B2B environments, preferably in SaaS or Tech.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2): Essential for communicating with international clients and partners.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to build trust and manage complex sales conversations.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Proactive attitude with a strong drive to hit targets and take on new challenges.
  • Tech Interest: Basic knowledge of cybersecurity or a strong desire to learn the sector (we will train you!).
  • Based in Madrid, available for our hybrid model at the Google Campus.
