About the role

At Zepo, we are building an AI-powered cybersecurity SaaS platform that protects thousands of users and businesses. As we launch our new expansion into the German market, you will be a key player in our international growth. Working directly with leadership, you will build the DACH pipeline, define our outbound strategy, and help establish how we win this strategic market. The playbook hasn't been written yet β€” you will help create it.

This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just hitting activity metrics. You will have real responsibility, a direct line to leadership, and a fast-track career path to evolve into an Account Director for the DACH region as we scale our international team.

Your impact - We are looking for someone who:

  • Is fluent/native in German (essential for building trust with DACH decision-makers) and has full professional proficiency in English.

What you’ll do:

  • DACH Pipeline Generation: Build and manage the sales funnel specifically targeting the Germany market.
  • Strategic Outbound: Identify and contact key DACH decision-makers (CISOs, CTOs, IT Directors) in mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Localization & Outreach: Adapt, design, and execute prospecting strategies via LinkedIn, email, and phone, tailored to German business culture.
  • Account Development: Research strategic companies, map stakeholders, and prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Qualification: Work hand-in-hand with leadership to convert initial conversations into high-quality pipeline.
  • Market Insights: Gather feedback from German prospects to help refine messaging, product positioning, and the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the region.
  • Metric Tracking & CRM: Track key metrics (prospecting activity, conversion rates, meetings booked) and keep the CRM updated with accurate information.

Minimum requirements

What we are looking for

  • Language Mastery: Native or bilingual proficiency in German (essential for building trust with DACH decision-makers) and fluency in English to collaborate with our international team.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (SDR/BDR or inside sales roles), preferably targeting European markets.
  • DACH Market Knowledge: Proven experience or strong understanding of the business culture and prospecting etiquette in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
  • Proven Track Record: A documented history of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation and outbound targets.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Experience identifying and mapping stakeholders in mid-market and enterprise-level companies.
  • Outbound Mastery: Strong skills in multi-channel outbound prospecting (strategic cold calling, highly personalized emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency with modern sales tools such as HubSpot/Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, and Apollo/Lusha.

  • Domain Expertise: Experience selling Cybersecurity, AI, or technical SaaS solutions.
  • Startup Agility: Background working in high-growth startups or supporting new country/market openings.
