We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who wants to be the operational engine of the marketing team, ensuring the flawless execution of global campaigns, events, and brand activations.

Your Mission

You will be instrumental in ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed efficiently, in a coordinated manner, and aligned with global objectives.

Day-to-day:

  • Coordinate events end-to-end (EMEA): trade shows, corporate events, and executive dinners.
  • Manage full logistics: venues, vendors, materials, and international shipping.
  • Coordinate with the design team on the creation and delivery of assets.
  • Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns (social media, webinars, content).
  • Keep projects updated in Jira.
  • Manage databases and leads in HubSpot.
  • Organize and maintain content and marketing asset repositories.
  • Coordinate international logistics and local procurement.
  • Collect metrics and data for campaign reporting.
  • Provide operational support to the marketing and sales teams.

Minimum requirements

What we are looking for:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Events, or operational roles.
  • Experience in dynamic environments (ideally SaaS, tech, or startups).
  • Knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Jira, Canva, or Adobe.
  • Fluent level of English and Spanish (essential).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Strong communication skills.
