Minimum requirements
What weβre looking for
- 5+ years in Business Development/ B2B sales, with at least 2 leading partnerships / channels / alliances in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience managing indirect sales channels (not advisory partnerships).
- Clear evidence of revenue ownership via partners.
- Strong commercial instincts and structured thinking.
- Comfortable operating solo and building from scratch.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to decide what to scale and what to sunset.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken; C1 or above)
- Hybrid in Madrid.

- Experience managing partners across multiple regions (US, Latam, EMEA).
- Experience with cloud marketplaces or hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Background in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
