Join the founding U.S. sales team of a breakout AI cybersecurity startup.

After raising $15M in funding and rapidly scaling across Europe, we’re now expanding into the United States — our biggest market opportunity yet.
We’re hiring a Senior SDR / Founding SDR to help launch and scale our U.S. go-to-market motion.
This isn’t a typical SDR role.
You’ll be one of the first sales hires in the U.S., working directly with leadership to build pipeline, shape outbound strategy, and help define how we win the market. The playbook isn’t written yet — you’ll help create it.
This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just hitting activity metrics. You’ll have real ownership, a direct line to leadership, and the opportunity to grow into an AE or early sales leader as the team scales.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Thrives in high-growth startup environments
- Loves strategic outbound and breaking into new accounts
- Wants to build, not just operate
- Is excited by the challenge of creating a new market presence
What you'll do
- Build pipeline in the US market
- Identify and engage decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Run strategic outbound
- Design and execute multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Develop target accounts
- Research companies, map stakeholders, and prioritize high-value opportunities
- Qualify opportunities
- Work closely with leadership to convert conversations into high-quality pipeline.
- Bring insights from the market
- Share feedback from prospects to help refine messaging, product positioning, and GTM strategy.
Minimum requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales (SDR/BDR or similar)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline or revenue targets
- Experience selling to US mid-market or enterprise companies
- Strong outbound skills across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
- Comfortable using modern sales tools such as Salesforce/HubSpot, Salesloft/Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Based in the United States and able to work remotely
- Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, AI, or developer-focused SaaS
- Experience working in high-growth startups or international expansion
- Interest in growing into full-cycle sales roles as the US team scales
