About the role

At Zepo, we are building an AI-powered cybersecurity SaaS platform that protects thousands of users and businesses. You will be one of our first sales hires, working directly with leadership to build pipeline, define our outbound strategy, and help establish how we win the market. The playbook hasn't been written yet β€” you will help create it.

This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just hitting activity metrics. You will have real responsibility, a direct line to leadership, and the opportunity to grow into an Account Executive (AE) or an early sales leader as the team expands nationally and internationally.

Your impact - We are looking for someone who:

What you’ll do:

  • Pipeline Generation: Build and manage the sales funnel for national and international markets.
  • Strategic Outbound: Identify and contact key decision-makers (CISOs, CTOs, IT Directors) in mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Multi-channel Outreach: Design and execute prospecting strategies via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
  • Account Development: Research strategic companies, map stakeholders, and prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Qualification: Work hand-in-hand with leadership to convert initial conversations into high-quality pipeline.
  • Market Insights: Gather feedback from prospects to help refine messaging, product positioning, and the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Metric Tracking: Track key metrics (prospecting activity, conversion rates, meetings booked).
  • CRM Management: Keep the CRM updated with accurate information on accounts, risks, and opportunities detected in the market.

Minimum requirements

What we are looking for

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (SDR/BDR or similar roles).
  • Proven Track Record: A documented history of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise-level companies across national and international territories.
  • Outbound Mastery: Strong skills in strategic outbound through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency with modern sales tools such as Salesforce/HubSpot, Salesloft/Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Remote-Ready: Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Communication: Fluency in English is a major plus, as we expand our international footprint.
