About the Role

At Zepo, we are building an AI-powered cybersecurity SaaS platform that protects thousands of users and businesses. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for guiding our clients throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will play a key role in maximizing the value clients derive from our solution while supporting the companyโ€™s national and international expansion.

Your Impact

Guidance & Adoption

  • Ensure excellent onboarding for new clients, guaranteeing fast and efficient product adoption.
  • Train users and internal client teams (IT, Security, Operations, etc.) to maximize platform utilization.

Management & Loyalty

  • Act as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through every stage of their journey.
  • Monitor product usage, detect risks, and take proactive action to prevent churn.
  • Resolve incidents in coordination with the Support and Product teams.

Growth & Strategy

  • Identify expansion opportunities (upsell, cross-sell) within assigned accounts.
  • Define strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention.
  • Gather feedback and relay it to the Product team to continuously improve the platform.

Data & Reporting

  • Track key metrics (Health Score, NPS, product usage).
  • Keep the CRM updated with account information, risks, and opportunities.

Minimum requirements

What will make you succeed at Zepo?

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles within SaaS, B2B, and tech environments.
  • Proven experience working with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with high efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong focus on metrics, analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar platforms.
  • Fluent spoken English (C1 level).
  • Must be based in Madrid.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing clients in IT, Security, or SaaS solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity or complex technical products.
  • Experience in startup environments, high-growth companies, or innovative products.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success methodologies and product analytics tools.
