🏗️ The Role

• We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments to shape Zepo's visual identity. We need someone who:
• Balances strong creative vision with brand consistency and business goals.
• Owns visual quality end-to-end, from concept to final asset.
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments with evolving requirements.
• Is excited about building a category-defining brand in cybersecurity and AI.

🎯 What you will do

• Brand Strategy: Contribute to Zepo’s Visual Identity (brand attributes, tone of voice, color palette, brand manual, and visual guidelines).
• Creative Campaigns: Propose, pitch, and lead creative campaigns for quarterly business milestones from concept to execution.
• Sales Support: Produce high-end sales materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battle cards) aligned with our sales motion.
• Product Launches: Design best-in-class static and motion assets (key visuals, launch kits, hero assets) coordinated with Product and Marketing.
• Marketing & Events: Create evergreen materials across B2B channels (LinkedIn, web, email) and physical event materials.
• AI-Assisted Design: Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and production, defining workflows and documenting best practices.
• Leadership: Set creative and technical standards and mentor junior designers on both craft and AI usage.
