At Zepo, we are building an AI-powered cybersecurity SaaS platform that protects thousands of users. Your main mission will be to lead the technical development of our Learning Platform, a critical tool that trains thousands of employees to defend themselves against cyber threats in real-time.

We are a team of 40+ people, recently backed by a $15M funding round and selected by Google for Startups. We are looking for a Senior Java Developer who wants to elevate our tech stack and scale an architecture ready for the future.

The role

As a Senior Java Developer, you will own the technical strategy for our Learning platform. This role requires a solid engineering mindset—someone who doesn't just write code but designs scalable, secure, and resilient solutions. You will have a direct voice in architectural decisions and the opportunity to integrate AI capabilities into high-availability backend flows.

What you’ll do

• Develop & Scale the Learning Platform: Lead the core engine used by thousands of corporate users for security training.
• Cloud & Backend Architecture: Design and implement efficient microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• AI & Cybersecurity Integration: Implement AI models to personalize the learning experience and identify vulnerabilities.
• Engineering Excellence: Ensure high code quality through Hexagonal Architecture, SOLID principles, and rigorous testing (Unit, Integration, E2E).
• DevOps & Automation: Collaborate on improving CI/CD pipelines for secure and continuous deployments.
• Technical Ownership: Work closely with Product Managers and Architects to translate business needs into impeccable technical systems.

• Knowledge of Cybersecurity (OWASP, encryption, secure authentication).
• Experience with LLMs / Generative AI applied to software products.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
