At Zepo, we are building an AI-powered cybersecurity SaaS platform that protects thousands of users and companies worldwide. Our mission is ambitious: to become a leading global player in cybersecurity, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us lead the development and evolution of our platform.


The role

A Product Designer with 5+ years of experience in SaaS or tech environments, ideally working closely with product, engineering, and business teams. Someone who:


  • Balances user empathy with business goals and technical constraints
  • Owns design quality end-to-end, from concept to shipped product
  • Thrives in fast-paced startup environments with evolving requirements
  • Is excited about designing scalable, data-rich interfaces for cybersecurity and AI


What you’ll do

  • Own the design vision for one or more core product areas (Training Platform, Gateway Security, CISO Dashboards)
  • Design intuitive workflows that make complex security data understandable and actionable for CISOs, Security Managers, and end users
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to validate designs and iterate quickly
  • Create design systems, components, and patterns that scale across multiple product lines and markets
  • Translate technical requirements (threat intelligence, risk metrics, compliance data) into clean, accessible interfaces
  • Contribute to product strategy through design exploration, prototyping, and feasibility assessment.
  • Ensure design consistency, accessibility standards, and visual excellence across the platform

Minimum requirements

What will make you succeed


  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
  • Exceptional craft and visual/UI quality, with strong command of layout, typography, hierarchy, and interaction design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, with emphasis on ideation β†’ exploration β†’ iteration β†’ final UI and the rationale behind key decisions.
  • Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, component libraries)
  • Ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant solutions, generating multiple concepts and converging fast with clear design direction
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Collaborative mindset with engineering, understanding feasibility, constraints, and building strong designer–engineer partnerships.
  • Strong product thinking and creative problem solving: can propose new flows, patterns, and UX approaches beyond β€œrequirements execution”
