At Zepo, we are building an AI-powered cybersecurity SaaS platform that protects thousands of users and companies worldwide. Our mission is ambitious: to become a leading global player in cybersecurity, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us lead the development and evolution of our platform.


The role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product vision and roadmap for one or more core areas of Zepo’s platform. You will transform complex user and business needs into impactful product solutions, working at high velocity with engineering, design, and business teams. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically but executes pragmatically, thriving on ownership and accountability.


What you’ll do


  • Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute the product vision, translating business goals and market insights into clear requirements.
  • Experience Design: Create intuitive product experiences that differentiate Zepo and solve real-world cybersecurity challenges.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, UX/UI, Data, Sales, and Customer Success to ship and iterate fast.
  • Data-Driven Prioritization: Rank initiatives based on impact and feasibility, validating every hypothesis with facts and user feedback.
  • Impact Tracking: Define and track product KPIs, user adoption, and performance metrics to demonstrate progress.
  • Feedback Synthesis: Gather insights from customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for new features and international expansion.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all product decisions align with the highest security, compliance, and quality standards.

Minimum requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or high-tech environments.
  • End-to-End Lifecycle Mastery: Proven experience across the full product lifecycle (discovery β†’ delivery β†’ iteration).
  • Cybersecurity Background: Experience in threat modeling, risk assessment, secure architecture, or security awareness products.
  • Strong Execution: Exceptional skills in roadmapping, writing specs, and prioritization using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Fluent English: Excellent communication skills for international stakeholder management.
  • Startup Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid growth, and high levels of autonomy.


Nice to have


  • Experience in AI, Cloud, or B2B SaaS.
  • Background in data-driven product development.
  • Experience scaling products internationally or working with large Enterprise customers.
  • Strong technical fluency (ability to communicate deeply with engineering teams).
