At Zepo, we are building an AI-powered cybersecurity SaaS platform that protects thousands of users from real-time threats. Your main mission will be to lead the technical development of our new security platform, a critical tool designed to defend thousands of people against cyber threats in real-time.

We are a team of 40+ people, recently backed by a $15M funding round and selected by Google for Startups. We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer who wants to scale our architecture for the future.

The role

As a Senior Python Engineer, you will be a technical leader in our engineering team. We are looking for someone passionate about Python, cybersecurity, and excellence. You will play a key role in designing and scaling secure software solutions that impact over a million users, working closely with our AI and Cybersecurity teams to optimize real-time detection systems.

What you’ll do

• Architecture & Scalability: Participate in key technical decisions, proposing improvements in architecture, performance, and security.
  
• Core Development: Build and maintain robust backend systems using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
  
• Asynchronous Processing: Optimize tasks and background processing using Celery, queues, and messaging systems.
  
• AI Collaboration: Work with AI teams to optimize our employee classification engine and real-time detection systems.
  
• DevOps & CI/CD: Manage AWS environments and automated deployments through GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
  
• Productivity & Quality: Leverage AI tools to scale your own productivity and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
  
• Integrations: Design and maintain scalable integrations with external platforms and APIs.
